The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting the academic programs conducted through The CoiL Learning Center. They will serve as a liaison among our internal and external clients to communicate new offerings of academic programs. Their duties include speaking with internal leadership and educational partners to help determine training needs and to promote training programs. The Training Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Academic Programs and Technical Programs Manager to maintain, update and organize all curriculum and related training programs. This is an entry-level position for someone seeking to grow their skills in providing workforce development support for a variety of initiatives.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the CoiL team members to create monthly training schedules, distribute monthly class calendars, and create promotional materials to advertise targeted classes and course tracks
  • Coordinate training delivery, administer training feedback surveys, and report metrics
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual platforms, training rooms or other spaces in CoiL for in-person training and update the booking calendar with confirmed dates
  • Organize and maintain contact database
  • Maintain and distribute the quarterly newsletter to educational partners and contacts
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure courses and course communications are updated and registration is tracked and maintained
  • Assist in researching and developing training aids with subject matter experts as needed, including presentations, visual aids, multimedia learning tools, and training manuals
  • Contribute to development of standard operating procedures upon request of CoiL leadership
  • Build and sustain relationships with educational partners by coordinating onsite/offsite visits with guest speakers and groups
  • Deliver basic presentations and demonstrations to universities, trade schools, and other VIP’s in the CoiL Learning Center as well as offsite locations
  • Help instruct beginner and prerequisite classes in a hybrid platform (online and in-person) with the supervision of CoiL leadership
  • Other duties as needed to support CoiL leadership and programs offered by The CoiL Learning Center

Base Salary Range: $45,000/yr - $67,000/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
